Due to the cold weather and impending winter storms, the city will open a winter shelter at Worcester Technical High School, 1 Manny Familia Way, from Friday, January 23 through Monday January 26. Transportation to the shelter will be available from St, John’s Church, 44 Temple St., beginning at 5 pm Friday afternoon.
