As part of developing a comprehensive plan to create a sustainable, equitable food system in the City of Worcester, we are conducting a Community Food Assessment. Using a combination of surveys, community conversations, and interviews, we are gathering data about where and how Worcester residents get their food. The data we collect will help identify existing food resources in the city, including retail markets, food pantries, meal programs, and farmers markets, and help pinpoint gaps and opportunities to improve access to healthy, delicious food for all city residents.
